NEW Compliance Support Services

From Regulatory Uncertainty to Operational Execution in Weeks

Our new Compliance Launchpad Services are a practical starting point for sustainability and ESG compliance: fixed-scope, fixed-fee services that tell you exactly what a piece of legislation means for your business and where to focus first.

What is it?

You know the legislation is coming. Do you know your true exposure?

You’ve tried to read the regulation. You’ve asked AI to summarise it, then asked it to summarise the summary. You've attended the webinar. You've received the industry briefing. You've been pitched at by software providers. And the questions from leadership still have no answers:

What does this actually mean for our products, our markets, and our suppliers?

Where do we start, and what are the first practical steps?

What will it cost, and how do we plan the investment?

How do we present all of this to the Board?

Our Compliance Launchpads give companies a focused, business-specific assessment of one regulation, delivered by experts who understand both the legislation and the industry.

You'll leave with:

A clear understanding of the requirements relevant to your business

An assessment of how they affect your products, markets, and operations

Prioritised recommendations for what to do next

Industry-wide insights and the solutions brands are converging on

Common pain points and watch-outs

A foundation your internal teams can use to move towards compliance

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Delivered in 2–4 weeks. €4,400 per regulation.

From Regulation to Readiness

01

Where you are today

Aware that legislation is coming, but not certain where you stand, what applies to you, or what to do about it first. You feel overwhelmed by conflicting information and find it difficult to know where to start.

02

Where the launchpad gets you

Internal teams gain clarity and alignment around the key priorities, leadership has greater confidence in the direction of travel, and you can make informed decisions about where to invest time and resources.

03

Take action

The Launchpad gives you the foundation and direction to move forward, helping you understand where you stand today, what needs to happen next, and how to approach the path to compliance. It gives you the tools necessary to take action.

Choose Your Starting Point

Five regulations. One practical entry point

Each Launchpad covers a single piece of legislation in full and follows the same structure and price.

Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) & Digital Product Passport (DPP)

Apparel is the first product group being prioritised under the EU’s ecodesign and Digital Product Passport requirements. The choices your business makes on product data now will shape how ready you are when DPP becomes mandatory. Our Compliance Launchpad gives you a clear roadmap of what data you need to collect, how to structure it, and how to build the capabilities needed for DPP compliance before it becomes mandatory.

Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)

PPWR applies across sectors and covers everything from paper to plastic, with different obligations coming into force over the coming years. It covers all stages of the packaging life cycle, including production, distribution, use and waste management. From recyclability and recycled content to labelling, reuse, and EPR, knowing what applies can be complex. Our Compliance Launchpad helps you understand what PPWR means for your business, identify where your exposure is, and prioritise the actions needed to move towards compliance.

Empowering Consumers Directive (EmpCo)

Environmental claims now face tighter rules, with vague claims prohibited and enforcement strengthening across the EU. That does not mean staying silent or stripping your marketing of every sustainability claim just to avoid risk. It means knowing which claims hold up. Our Compliance Launchpad helps you determine which of your claims are permitted, identify the substantiation they require, guide you towards engaging and compliant claims, and build a defensible sign-off process for future claims.

Forced Labour Regulation (FLR)

The EU Forced Labour Regulation prohibits products made with forced labour from the EU market. Coming into force in December 2027, gives businesses time to put the right processes in place and prepare. It applies to all products and companies, regardless of size, making supply chain visibility, traceability, and credible evidence increasingly important for brands. With our Compliance Launchpad, you will gain a clear picture of what is required, where your supply chain may be exposed, and how to build a defensible due diligence process.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Textiles

Under the revised Waste Framework Directive, every EU Member State must transpose the new textile EPR requirements into national law by 2027, with fees, eco-modulation criteria, and reporting obligations that will reshape how brands operate. For most businesses, this means a new, recurring cost to plan for. Our Compliance Launchpad helps you understand where you will be exposed, what your obligations will look like, and how product design can affect your costs.

Not sure which? Start with a conversation

If more than one of these topics is relevant to your business, that’s where a discovery call comes in. We’ll identify the most pressing deadlines and areas of exposure across your products and markets and determine whether a Compliance Launchpad is the right starting.
